The notable intellectual potential which Romania has to offer and the high quality of IT specialists working in this country were known facts for us, certainties on which we have relied since we started our business here. We have discovered a whole generation of young IT people, eager to develop, but not exposed to the right possibilities and the one thing we feel we have to spread the word about is that they deserve more. We have decided to do something for the Romanian talented IT students and started a form of cooperation, offering them an opportunity to work on real projects, under close guidance. They have reached appreciable standards of quality and gained confidence in their skills. We have witnessed an evolution in the work capacities of these youngsters and we were happy to watch them evolve towards personal maturity and satisfaction. And to put it in simple words, we had a revelation: from a form of technical playground for young enthusiastic IT people, CamelWeb Creations became an educational platform, where students learn practical aspects of the IT, never to be taught in the classical educational system, getting ready for the future, not only in theory! The 1st of May 2006, marks the end of a somehow romantic period, of a fizzy story about apprenticeship which has been going on inside our company. This day marks the moment when we have assumed the responsibility of "going official", making our enterprise visible to the market, to students and teachers in our area and giving it a name: The CamelWeb Academy. As a form of advanced education, the CamelWeb Academy offers financial support to Romanian young people, enabling them to start or complete their IT studies and also a safe environment, a laboratory where they can test their wits and experience a real working place. We are confident that the CamelWeb Academy will become a "hot core" and an inspiration for our present and future projects. Our company is alive and we want to be sure that by working with CamelWeb Creations, customers won't receive just the satisfaction of getting the right price but also the feeling of supporting the good thing! |
